I have no desire to get involved in the whole 'raiding' aspect of NationStates so I have it set to always retain executive authority. Frankly, a strong executive is needed to make sure horribleness doesn't happen here.
Beyond that, I'm very much willing to listen to community discussions as we make our setup. (I haven't written much yet, simply because I'd rather not do everything -- it's harder to want to write things that no one will read, after all.)
